Astro Orion was founded in 2018 by a freshman in high school under the Instagram handle @astro.orioon. "My goal was simple: to share my passion for space, science, and engineering, and to foster a close-knit community of astrophotographers, scientists, and all those who spend their nights (or days) looking up."

We have amassed more than 80,000 fans of the cosmos through our Instagram page, which remains the focal point of our online presence. Our network includes highly accredited amateur astronomers, scientists of all ages, science communicators, and even a handful of astronauts!

We have partnered with hundreds of astrophotographers to provide you with exclusive images of starscapes, nebulae, galaxies, rocket launches, and much more.

Our Plan for 2023: Our daily Instagram posts, weekly blogs, monthly newsletters, and YouTube videos will provide our fans with the latest insights into space and science. In addition to working with non-profit science education organizations and charities, we hope to organize more fantastic discussions with the foremost innovators in the aerospace and technology industries!
